Delivery Policy – Ana Roma Design
At Ana Roma Design, we are committed to delivering your sculptural botanical pieces with care, elegance, and clarity. Please review the following terms regarding our delivery options, coverage, and conditions.
1. Delivery Zones and Eligibility
We currently deliver exclusively within selected areas of Miami-Dade County, Florida, including neighborhoods such as Coral Gables (ZIP Code 33134) and surrounding eligible ZIP codes.
✔️ Free Delivery:
Orders over $500 USD are eligible for free delivery if the shipping address falls within our designated delivery zones (including ZIP Code 33134 and others in Miami-Dade County).
✔️ Flat-Rate Delivery:
Orders under $500 USD, or any orders outside the free delivery zone but still within our service area, will be subject to a flat delivery fee of $50 USD, regardless of order value.
2. Pickup Store Option
If you prefer to collect your order in person, we offer a Pickup Store option. Please note:
– Pickup will only be available from the 7th business day after order confirmation.
– You will receive an email confirmation once your item is ready for pickup.
– Pickups are by appointment only, and must be scheduled in advance.
3. Processing and Delivery Times
– Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
– Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, during business hours.
– Exact delivery timing may vary depending on product type, availability, and route optimization.
4. Delivery Coverage Disclaimer
We do not currently ship outside Miami-Dade County.
If your ZIP code is not within our predefined zones, you will be notified during checkout and asked to contact our team for custom delivery options.
We reserve the right to update or restrict our delivery zones at any time.
